II. Place and date
Competitions are held 10 - 11 September 2011 in Kyshtym district of Chelyabinsk region. The event center is Slyudorudnik village, 15 km from the town Kyshtym.

Urals, the territory where are held 8-th Russian Championship Rogaining 2011, refers to areas of distribution of Ixodes ticks that transmit dangerous viral diseases. And although the 8-th Russian Championship Rogaining 2011 will be held in the autumn, when the activity of tick bite is low and the probability is low, participants of the championship you need to know about the biology of ticks and to have information about themselves for the prevention of viral infections and prevent possible diseases. Places are awarded to teams in several categories according to sex and age of the team. Teams participating in the junior category, or veterans, will automatically participate in relevant open category MO, WO, or XO. Teams participating in the category superveterans automatically participate in relevant open category and the category of veterans.
The age of participants is determined on the date of the start of competition (on September 10, 2011).
In 24 hours event, and 8 hours event every team must include at least one member aged 18 or older.
Each participant rogaine sole responsibility of the state of his health, which confirms the personal signature of receipt. Responsibility for the lives and health of minors by adult members are coaches or team representatives, as evidenced by the personal signature of the coach or representative (name stated in the application). X. Punching system
At competitions used electronic punching system at checkpoints «SportIdent».
Each competitor must have a chip, which number is indicated in the application, or take the chip in the lease.
The format Rogaine 24 hours you can use just one model of chip:
- SI6. Number of control records: 192. Number range: 500000 - 999999.
In formats Rogaine 8 hours may be used, except model SI6, as other models:
- SI5. Number of control records: 36. Number range: 1 - 499 999.
- SI8. Number of control records: 30. Number range: 2000000 - 2999999.
- SI9. Number of control records: 50. Number range: 1000000 - 1999999.
Chips models pCard and tCard the competition do not apply.
To prevent possible separation of team members and controlling the passage of CP chips each participant in each party are fixed on the wrist special surveillance bracelet. Unintentional gap bracelet is unlikely, but still recommended control bracelet protect from accidental damage. Checklist bracelet for each participant is issued in the team package. The participants themselves produce binding chip control bracelet. To do this cuff bracelet in both slots on a chip, wrap the strap around your wrist, right (or left) hands a comfortable position to pick up the bracelet, precluding its removal from the hands, and finally secure the bracelet. To mark at a checkpoint participant must insert the chip into the hole at the station and wait for the sound and light signal station, then take the chip out of the station.
Because the number of marks in the chip is limited, participants should be punch on each CP only once, otherwise the memory chip to store the marks may not be enough.
(For the record: a repeating sound when inserted in the station, the chip is not re-mark, the new mark will be recorded in the chip, only if it is removed from the station and insert again.)
All members of one team should be marked on a manual for a 2-minute, otherwise the score for this CP team will not be charged. It is recommended that participants first arrived at the command, wait for the stragglers of the team members, after which all make a mark.
At the finish of all team members need to make a mark in the finishing station.
In case of damage or loss of control bracelet chip, even one team member the entire team is disqualified, and the result of the team does not count.
Participants should take care of the electronic chip mark, protect them from loss. Penalty for loss of the chip: SI5 - 1000 rubles, SI6 - 1800 rubles, SI8 - 1000 rubles, SI9 - 1300 rubles.
When going from a distance, please, return the chips to the organizers of competitions. All lost or unreturned chips are entered into the database search, and those chips will not be able to take on any competition.
XI. Procedure for registration, start and finish
Before the registration in the center of the competition all team members should carefully read the list of dangers associated with participation in rogainers, measures for their prevention and actions in case of accidents, and then fill in the receipt of liability. For underage participants sign a receipt for adult coaches or team representatives, are responsible for them.
With a completed receipt, in which the number of the team, a team representative is suitable to the secretariat of the competition. For an application for a place re-entry and modify data about the team and participants must be obtained from the secretariat in a special form and fill it. Representative of the team filed with the Registry receipt, imposes a policy of compulsory medical insurance for each team member submits a receipt entry fee and the rental value of chips or bank pays the entry fee for the team in cash and receives a packet on the team. 30 minutes before the start of the participants began to take place in the starting zone demarcated. After the mark in the final station of all team members, they go to the secretariat. The secretariat of the referee checks the integrity of the test strip from each participant, and makes reading the chips. Rented chips after reading back to the secretariat.

XII. Results, penalties
The result of the team is the sum of points awarded for a mark at checkpoints, subject to competition rules and the additional conditions specified in this newsletter, less fine. For each complete or incomplete minute delay after a set of control time a team is charged 1 point penalty. Finish for latecomers team closed 30 minutes after the control time. XIII. Catering
For all participants 24 hours rogaine organizers provide hot meals at the event center in the period from 15.00 to 13.00 on Sept. 10 September 11 (cost is included in entry fee for participation). Participants will be offered food and products from the following: soup, cereal, fruit, dried fruit, biscuits and tea. Please observe the order and organization on the point of supply, it will save time spent participating in the food.
On the course, there are special items with drinking water, marked with circles in the map is blue and the letter W. In addition to drinking water at these points does not provide any meals.
XIV. Medical aid
In the event center will be constantly working point of medical aid. In the event of injury, team member other team members, as well as appropriate members of other teams must do everything possible to rapidly transport the victim to the point of medical aid.

According to the Rogaining Rules are prohibited during the competition to use mobile communication and other radio receivers and transmitters, except in situations that threaten life and health of participants.

XVII. Registration and entries
Preliminary applications for participation in competitions served from 1 March to 2 September, 2011 by completing a registration form on the website: rrc2011.rogaining.ru.
